Silvia Martina joined Cagnola & Associati law firm from the beginning of her career, gradually building experience in assisting multinational companies in complex cases involving tax offenses and financial crimes.

She has also participated in some of the most significant criminal proceedings within the national territory, dealing with corruption and environmental crimes, as well as cases involving violations of health and safety regulations in the workplace under Legislative Decree 81/2008.

Silvia Martina has acquired extensive experience in internal investigations and compliance activities, working closely with experts in labor law and civil law.

She is a member of the International Bar Association, currently holding the position of Newsletter Editor Officer in the Anti-Corruption Committee.

Since 2020, she has contributed to the "Anti-Corruption Global Guide" published by Chambers. As a member of the IBA's Anti-Corruption Committee, she contributed to the drafting of the first publication for the inaugural "Intersessional Meeting" in preparation for the "Special Session of the General Assembly Against Corruption" held at the United Nations Headquarters in 2021.

She collaborated as a Research Assistant with the chair of Advanced Criminal Procedural Law at the University of Milan and is among the authors of the professional manual entitled "Manuale Professionale di Diritto Penale Tributario"
