“Internal company investigations: protecting the company through measures that can be taken, implementation techniques, usability in court proceedings and action strategies” - this is the title of the workshop promoted by Cagnola&Associati in collaboration with TopLegal as media partner, scheduled for Tuesday 31 March.
The conference will analyse, in practical terms, the main problems that may arise in the company when evaluating whether it is appropriate to conduct an internal investigation: from discovering anomalies or unlawful conduct which prompt this act to be considered to identifying the measures to be taken in order to protect the company (including from a criminal law standpoint, by pressing charges, and in relation to labour protection, in terms of an effective termination of the relationship with the disloyal employee),through to choosing tangible methods for carrying out the investigation, paying particular attention to the techniques considered preferable and to the operating limits that need to be understood and observed.
Speaking on this topic will be Fabio Cagnola, Founding Partner of Cagnola&Associati, Bruno Cova, partner at Delifino&Associati, Riccardo Lucev, Senior Associate at Cagnola&Associati and Francesco Rotondi, Founding Partner of LabLaw.
The conference will be held on Tuesday 31 March at the Sheraton Diana Majestic Hotel in Milan (Via Piave 42),with free admission. Accreditation from 4 pm onwards.
